Plain-language terms for buying and using ScoutNScale.

Terms of sale

A lifetime purchase gives you a personal license to use Scout and Scale, including future updates, with no recurring charge. The monthly plan gives the same license while your subscription is active. Payments are processed by Stripe.

ScoutNScale reads your own email and marketplace accounts to show you your own data. You're responsible for following the terms of the stores and marketplaces you use.

Privacy

  • The apps run on your computer. Your orders, sales, email passwords and eBay sign-in are stored there and not sent to us.
  • When you buy, Stripe collects your payment details. We receive your email address and purchase record, and use them only to deliver the app and support you.
  • When you activate, the app sends only your license key and an anonymous ID for your computer to our license server, so a key can't be shared beyond 2 computers. The app checks in about twice a day to confirm the license is still active.
  • This website doesn't use advertising trackers.

Billing

Monthly plans can be canceled any time from Manage monthly plan. A canceled plan keeps working until the end of the paid month and won't renew.
